The Emergency Card is double sided - the front side can show your name, medical conditions, identifying features and blood type, whilst the reverse side can show your emergency contact(s).
The Emergency Tags are also double sided - the front side can show your name and medical conditions whilst the reverse side can show your emergency contact(s). Due to their size, the Tags do not have space for Identifying Features and Blood Type.
Price includes front and back customisation of ONE Emergency Card and a SET OF THREE Emergency Tags.
