COST
The standard delivery charge for your order is displayed in your online shopping Cart and is based on the single delivery address details that you have provided at Checkout.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
Multiple orders going to the same delivery address may be combined at Checkout and incur only one delivery fee. Orders going to different addresses must be placed as separate orders, each of which will incur their own delivery fee.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
To ensure successful delivery, please provide clear and full delivery instructions and address details on your orders. Insufficient or incorrect information may result in your order not reaching you on time or at all for which Emergency Cards Limited will not be held liable. The Delivery Address provided must be a recognised NZ Post address.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day as Day 1. All attempts and best endeavours made to ensure that you receive your order within 10 business days, however at times due to matters outside of our control, your delivery may take longer than this. If this is going to be the case - we will endeavour to let you know. Deliveries to rural addresses or locations outside of the main North and South Islands of New Zealand may take longer than 10 business days.
DELIVERY METHOD
Your order will be sent to you via tracked delivery. Your delivery will not require a signature in order for you to receive it. Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email confirmation that your order is on its way. Included in the email will be your tracking details, so you too can monitor its journey.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
At this stage delivery is only available within New Zealand and Emergency Cards Limited reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where the delivery address is not a NZ Post recognised delivery address. A full refund will be provided if this occurs.
DAMAGED, MIS-DELIVERED OR UNDELIVERED
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery do not throw away the packaging that the product came in or alter it in anyway, as we will need to inspect it. Take photos and let us know on contact@emergencycards.co.nz as we may organise for the return of the product for future inspection. If your order has not arrived at the delivery address stated on your order, we will work to retrieve your order and have it either correctly delivered to the address stated on your order, or otherwise returned to us. Emergency Cards accepts no liability for packages that were addressed correctly yet were lost in transit, mis-delivered or not delivered.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel or amend your order you must contact us at contact@emergencycards.co.nz within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancelled within this timeframe you will receive a full refund. Orders are not able to be cancelled or amended after 24 hours of placing your order due to production timeframes.
